A deeply restorative signature experience combining Reiki, somatic breathwork, crystal healing, and sound. 

The evening begins with grounding and guided somatic breathwork led by Lauren, creating space to slow down, reconnect, and prepare the body to receive. 

Guests then settle into an immersive crystal singing bowl sound bath while Tory moves throughout the room offering Reiki and crystal healing. 

Designed as an opportunity to pause, receive, and reconnect, this experience invites guests to step away from the demands of everyday life and into a space of deep rest and restoration.

• Doors open at 5:45 PM 
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early 
• No prior experience necessary 
• Wear comfortable, lounge-inspired clothing 
• All mats and props provided
