Product Return Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your BuDhaGirl.com purchase for any reason you may return it within 30 days of purchase and receive a full product refund.

Orders that participated in sale are final. You will only be allowed to submit a size exchange (for available sizes and provided your order falls within the 30-day return window)

Return packages must be received within 30 days of purchase date. BuDhaGirl reserves the right to refuse all returns received after the 30 day return window period.

After your return request has been approved (you will be emailed the next steps), please either enclose the packing slip that came with your order or ensure that your name (and order number, if possible) is included inside the returned package. Return shipping charges are incurred by the customer. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

Warranty Returns:
BuDhaGirl will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 1 year and after 30 days of receipt of items. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect BuDhaGirl to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) A replacement item sent to you (if product is available)
(b) Store credit (if product is unavailable/discontinued)

BuDhaGirl products purchased with our retail store partners must be returned to or exchanged at the respective store where the original purchase was made. The store’s return policies will then apply to your purchase.
