June holds an energetic checkpoint for the year with a beautiful summer solstice followed by the culmination of a Full Moon in Capricorn on June 29th.
 
Join us for a Full Moon ritual of intentional prompt and journaling exercises that reflects the cosmic lunation of the month through an astrological lens led by, Guest Facilitator, Angela Sayre, followed by a grounding breath-work and sound bath experience led by Lauren Cureton. 
 
Allow this somatic practice to serve as a cosmic compass for the season of life you are in. Together, we will honor and release the stories of the past before setting intentions for the next chapter.
