There are two styles of Serenity Rings®, the “Feel” Serenity Ring® and the “Light” Serenity Ring®. The rings are available in three fabulous colorations: Gold, White Gold, and Rhodium.
The “Feel” Serenity Ring® has raised “Bindis” (dots) allowing you to feel each cycle of life. These Bindis create a mental exercise using your sense of touch. Whatever your focus is that day or if it marks a longer cycle of your life, you will be able to feel it whenever you slide your fingers around the band. This powerful sensory exercise reinforces the mind-body connection and aides in keeping your focus point.
Our Serenity Rings® are handcrafted in fine jewelry workshops in Jaipur, India. They are made by artisans that for generations have worked with fine jewels and metals. The Serenity Rings are nickel-free brass coated with 1 micron of 22kt gold plating.
Feel Serenity Rings® are available in sizes 5.5, 7, and 8.5. The most popular ring size is 7 which tends to fit on one of the five fingers.

BuDhaGirl Serenity Rings are crafted form nickel-free brass and coated with 1 micron of 22kt or Light or Dark Palladium plating. Avoiding contact with lotion, perfume, makeup, or any harsh cleaning products will extend the life and shine of your Serenity Ring. It is best to remove your Serenity Rings when you shower, swim, exercise, or wash your hands.
Serenity Rings have a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase if damage to the material occurs.

The History of the Serenity Prayer Design
From the dawn of BuDhaGirl, I introduced the Serenity Prayer to our community by designing the Serenity Prayer Bead used to seal our All Weather Bangles®. This Serenity mantra, prayer, recitation, whatever you wish to call has resonated with me throughout my life.
As a young adult, I came to realize that I had to accept things, events, and people that I could not change. I also asked for the fortitude to change the things I could. And I prayed for the wisdom to know the difference.
This is the Serenity Prayer.
I prayed that I would not confuse activity with accomplishment. I prayed that I could be a better listener. I prayed for strength and courage when I needed to put myself out there. I prayed that I could be of service. I prayed to be prepared when opportunities presented themselves to me.
These prayers and the twists that my life has taken were the inspiration for the design on the Serenity Prayer Bead.
The zig-zag pattern represents the ups and downs in the road of life.
The center “Bindi” or dot in the middle of each triangle represents focus.
I tried to convey that no matter where we are on our journey, that being present, focused, and living fully is what makes a rich and well-lived life.
Many have written to me and shared how they could relate to the Serenity Prayer and the bead in our AWB®. These were powerful stories of change and growth, of loss, of prosperity, of illness and overcoming, of major events in their life journey. This inspired me to create our Serenity Rings.
