RETURNS/EXCHANGES - If you are not completely satisfied with your BuDhaGirl.com purchase for any reason you may return it within 30 days of purchase and receive a full product refund or store credit.
SALE ITEMS - All purchases made during any sale are final and items cannot be returned. You can however, submit an exchange request.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 04 PM - CST (UTC-05) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. Our fulfillment team operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the office will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery takes between 1-4 working days from the time of dispatch depending on your location, with a 1-3 day processing time in our warehouse. You should expect to receive your order within 2-7 working days after purchasing. During sale periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, only if the order has not been fulfilled. Please promptly contact us to request a cancellation to your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
We cannot make any changes to your order. Therefore, please review your order carefully before placing an order.
What if my order is sold out?
In the rare occasion that your order has sold out after you have purchased it, BuDhaGirl will notify you and allow you to exchange to a different style at the same price or process a refund.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Where are BuDhaGirl products shipped from?
All BuDhaGirl products are shipped from our BuDhaGirl HQ in the United States of America using UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS.

Will I have to pay additional taxes and duties?
All orders which are dispatched to a customer in the USA will not be liable for additional duties and taxes, the final price will be shown at checkout.
All shipments to customers outside of the USA will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
