BuDhagirl Retail Partner Guidelines & Policies
At BuDhaGirl it is our hope to offer our retail partners our unique products and services based on our mission of combining contemplative practice with incredibly glamourous fashion. We have developed guidelines and policies that will allow us to deliver our content and products with exemplary service, ensuring our mutual success.
We kindly ask that you take a moment to review our guidelines and policies as we believe them to be the basis for a meaningful, lasting, and successful relationship. We thank you in advance for your attention to this matter before you begin your journey with us at BuDhaGirl.

- BuDhaGirl All Weather Bangles® must be sold in their original set size and at MSRP.
- AWB® may not be broken up and sold separately.
Online selling of BuDhaGirl products must be approved. Third party selling of products is not permitted.
Carrying imitation BuDhaGirl products or “fakes” will result in the closure of your BuDhaGirl account.
- Should retail partners depart from BuDhaGirl guidelines and policies, they will be notified of violations in writing. And on a case by case basis, BuDhaGirl will have the right to terminate the partnership.
- Opening order $1500 minimum.
- To remain an active account, a minimum of $6000/year is required. The first year of your account will be prorated to the end of the year in which it was opened. After the first year, your account will roll into the next calendar year JAN – DEC.
- We ship FEDEX Ground. Shipping costs are incurred by the retail partner. Should you require a different shipping method or speed, you must notify us at the time your order is placed.
- Reorder $500 minimum.
- Ship windows vary depending on time of year and inventory status. Please contact your BuDhaGirl account manager should you have questions regarding shipping windows.
- All backordered items will be shipped as ready unless otherwise noted. Backorder shipping costs are covered by BuDhaGirl.
- Once an order is submitted, no edits can be made. No exceptions please.
- We will allow “Core” & “Staple Colors” to be exchanged or for credit memo within 2 months of your order. Seasonal or limited edition products will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- All returns or exchanges must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) issued by your account manager before being sent back to BuDhaGirl. Products received by BuDhaGirl without an RA, will not receive a credit or exchange.
- BuDhaGirl does not provide return labels/call tags/ or reimbursement for shipping on complimentary exchanges.
- Products returned in a condition other how it was received from BuDhaGirl, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Retail stickers, missing stretch ties or tags, and untied sets will be subject to fee.
- Notice from retail partner of orders received with damaged, incorrect, or missing product must be received by BuDhaGirl within 5 days of receipt.
- To submit a damage claim, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with issue, image, and item description.
- BuDhaGirl will offer a replacement or credit for approved damages. Please return full sets of damaged products.
- All Weather Bangles® are an artisanal product. Natural patina (Verdi gris) of prayer beads or color variations in tubes are not considered damages. Each bangle is individually made by an artisan, each bangle is unique.
- Should product be damaged in transit or due to manufacturer error, BuDhaGirl will provide both an RA form and return label.
