Effective shadow work relies on two crucial elements: time and honesty. Giving yourself the necessary time to reflect and unearth feelings or situations that obstruct your path is essential. This timeframe should be as long as it needs to be, without rushing the process.

Honesty is equally vital, if not more challenging than time. It involves looking at ourselves under a light that may not always be flattering. However, for shadow work to be effective, honesty is non-negotiable. Being truthful with ourselves about our emotions, beliefs, and behaviors is the cornerstone of deep inner work and transformation.

IDENTIFYING SHADOWS

- What changes or improvements do you want to make based on this self-awareness?
- How can you continue to nurture your personal growth and development moving forward?
