Fear has a quiet way of shaping our lives. It can show up as people-pleasing, perfectionism, overthinking, self-criticism, staying small, avoiding difficult conversations, or holding tightly to outcomes we cannot control. Often, we don't realize how many of our choices are rooted in fear until we begin paying attention.

What if there was another way?

Join us for an evening of meaningful conversation, guided reflection, and heartfelt connection as we explore what it means to choose love over fear. Together, we'll gently uncover the stories, protective patterns, and beliefs that keep us stuck, while practicing a more compassionate and courageous way of relating to ourselves and others.

Rather than trying to eliminate fear, we'll learn how to recognize it with curiosity, understand what it may be trying to protect, and intentionally choose responses rooted in authenticity, self-trust, and love.

Lauren Cureton will begin the evening with a grounding breathwork practice to help you settle into the space, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself. Jane Ballard will then guide the Women's Circle through thoughtful discussion, reflection, and experiential exercises designed to cultivate deeper awareness, compassion, and connection. To close, Lauren will lead a restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath, offering space to integrate the experience and leave feeling calm, grounded, and renewed.

Whether you're navigating change, seeking greater clarity, or simply longing for deeper connection with yourself and other women, this evening offers a supportive space to slow down, be seen, and remember that you don't have to walk your journey alone.
