I tried to exchange it within the 15 day time and wasn't allowed

My review is that it was a gift for my daughter and she didn't like the whole set with the rhinestone ones. She only liked the gold ones. I wanted to exchange it , and tried to do so within the time limit but no one answered my request, and it said the item was un returnable or something. I only wanted to exchange it for all gold. Still I never received any answer from you!!!! Shame on you. Very bad customer service!!! Next time, I will buy from someplace reliable.
